The vision for the Garden Route Autodrome development is to be a world class entertainment and resort complex, with motor sports at the heart of an international destination site in the attractive George area of the Western Cape.
The Garden Route Autodrome is being developed on a greenfield site of 869 hectares. The motor sports facilities will place George in the premier league of international motor sports locations and comprise an F1 and Moto GP circuit, Moto X track, Karting circuit, circuit amphitheatre, support pits & paddock, VIP executive suites and motorsport exhibition spaces.
But the Garden route will be more than an international destination for sports fans. The massive site will also feature some of the best shopping and leisure facilities around. These will include a boutique shopping centre featuring exclusive brand retailers, a 5-star hotel and a 5-star resort.
The Garden Route Autodrome will deliver thousands of local jobs and help drive local and regional economic development. TheTop Property Group is working in partnership with a wide range of design, construction and management partners to realise this strategic project for Western Cape.
